CHRISTMAS IN JULY BLOG HOP
Hey, crafty friends! Anyone in the mood for a fun blog hop and giveaway? Imagine and StencilGirl eamed up to create this fun Christmas in July Blog Hop filled with tons of inspiration to get you started on those Christmas cards.
In this card I used Urban Insider Square Stencil to create the background inked with Golden Glitz Delicata Ink. Then I stamped a text background using Celestial Cooper Delicata Ink and then with the Starlight Mini Stencil and the Dark Brown Shimmer Delicata Ink I created the rest of the distress. To finalize the design I used a Merry die cut word that I cut from White card stock and inked with VersaMark and covered with Red Candy Embossing Powder that I melted with the heat tool to create the shiny look. To get more dimension I paste it over the same word but cutting in white fun foam. As complement I stamped stamped the word Christmas over a little piece of whisper white card stock using the same Imagine product.
For my second card I used the Pressed Leaves Stencil and Kaleidacolor Tomato Vine Ink applied color by color.
To finalize the decoration I used the Peace die cut word and On Earth sentiment stamped and covered with VersaMark and Verdigris Embossing Powder, melted with the heat tool.
