ENVELOPE PACKAGES
I love to create packages and I can’t resist this opportunity to use the Beach House collection from the DCWV papers! These are envelopes packages to store gift cards or money, perfect for the season, don’t you think?
But let me share how I made these:
To create this you only use a 6″x6″ piece of decorated paper. I used three different designs in my samples . Score 1-5/8″ from the sides , 1/2″ from the bottom and 1″ from the top. Cut away the four corners creating a small wedge from the sides of the flags to make it easier to assemble.
Paste the edge of one side flag and the bottom flag using Tear it!
Put your gift card or money inside and secure the envelope package with a few loops of bakers twine.
Don’t forget to decorate the front of the envelope package to make it more special. And here is my quick suggestion to create a different look of spring flowers using Fireworks: I took a piece of white card stock and sprayed the entire piece with different colors of Fireworks. Then I stamped several flowers at the same time using Memento Paris Dusk and fusy cut them with scissors.
Finally, I pasted the flowers using dimensionals and On Point Glue and stamped the Wish Big Sentiment with Memento Paris Dusk!
