Hello Autumn with Secret Garden
Hello Autumn with Secret Garden is a card that I made in preparation for the most beautiful season in terms of colors and textures: the fall. I decided to start the fall season with different colors of flowers and using decorated papers to have new looks on my cards. Take a look at my project:
I started working on this card by creating the layers. First, I pasted over the Crumb Cake card base a layer of Candy Corn decorated paper and a banner of Kraft Corrugate Tape Ribbon from Little B. Over the right side of the ribbon I pasted the word hello with a mat that I cut using the Say it – Hello die cut from Technique Tuesday.
I used card stock poppy parade to cut the mat of the word and the leaves that I inserted inside of the Secret Garden paper flowers. The leaves dies are from the Forest Leaves Collection by Prima Dies.
It is not a secret that I love the paper flowers of Secret Garden and today my card has many of my new favorites. Favorites by color, design and texture! For example I used the Mulberry Paper Lili Flowers on blue around of the one white Large Gardenia and to finalize the color combination I added three yellow Cottage Roses.
