Hello dear friends, welcome to Imagine and Flourishes Blog Hop.  Today we have a great party to show you some creations combining these wonderful products, stamps and papers from Flourishes LC that I really like and the amazing inks from Imagine. What more I can tell you about the Imagine products if you have seen their in my blog during this year and they are simply fabulous! If you came from Shirley Qu, or you are starting here, then you are in the right place!

For this blog hop I prepared two cards, one for Christmas and one for friendship. Take a look to my first card:

To create this card I used the stamp set Glory to God from  Flourishes LC. I stamped it over Flourishes Classic White paper using VersaMark and Gold Embossing Powder from Imagine. Then I cut the piece using a Cross Stitched Frame Die Cut from Gina Marie Designs. I created a mat using Flourishes Classic Ivory paper that I sprayed with four different colors of one of my favorite products from Imagine, the Fireworks. I used the colors Grape Jelly, Lilac Posies, Cottage Ivy and Pear Tart. I dry embossed this piece using the Petal Burst embossing Folder.

To finalize the card, I cut a card base using Cajun Crazy card stock. The size is 4-1/4″x11″ with score in 5-1/2″ and I pasted the dry embossed layer directly over it. Then I pasted the gold embossed layer using dimensionals and I embossed a sentiment to add on the left corner.

My second card was created using the stamp sets Camelia Love and Monogram Alphabet, both from Flourishes LC., combined with All Purpose Ink, Memento Ink and Kaleidacolors Ink from Imagine. Take a look at my card:

The base of this card is Elegant Eggplant and the size is 5-1/2″x8-1/2 with score in 4-1/4″. The second layer is a piece of decorated paper, the size is 4″x5-1/4″. My stamping piece was created using Flourishes Classic White paper and a negative part of the large Stitched Scallop Rectangle from Gina Marie Designs. I stamped the images form the stamp sets using Memento Black Tuxedo Ink and then I colored the leaves of the flower using Fresh Green Kaleidacolor Ink with Ink Potion No. 9 that I applied with Fantastix. For the flower I used two colors included on Bouquet Kaleidacolor Ink.

If you noticed a shiny touch on the base of the flower pot it is because I painted it with All Purpose Ink Champagne. I painted the pot directly with the ink using a paint brush. To create more contrast on the colors I added two loops and bow with thick purple baker’s twine and pasted the stamped layer with dimensionals over the decorated based.

Now it is your turn to continue the hop. The next stop is Terry Fry blog, she created a great project too. But before you leave I want to invite you to leave your comments on all the designers blogs so you can have the opportunity to win prizes from Imagine and Flourishes LC and if you are like me you will love both!!!
