Let’s go to coloring tulips
Hello everyone, I was missing my post on So Suzy Stamps. You know that these stamps are part of my heart and today I have something special to share with you. These stamps were designed by Olesya and I didn’t have the opportunity before to use so here they are:
Flowers are my favorites stamps, CAS is my favorite style, white is my favorite cardstock, die cuts are my favorites accessories and color pencils are now my passion.
I decided to stamp the two tulips sets that were designed by Olesya, the Tulip Single and Tulips using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink over whisper white card stock and colored the images with Prismacolor Premier color pencils.
Then I created the card base and sprayed it with Glimmer Mist Silver Sugar from Tattered Angels and let it dry. In a while I cut the colored tulips with the stitched hexagon Stax die cuts from MFT Die-namics in three different sizes and arranged them on the card. I pasted one directly over the card base and the other two using double sided foam tape or dimensionals.
To finalize the card, I stamped the sentiment Thinking of You using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and added some Yellow sequins.
I hope my project inspires you to use in a different way your stamps and combine them with your die cuts to create different forms and images.
