Paper Flowers for I do day

Paper Flowers for I do day is a card that I made using Secret Garden flowers. This time I decided to combine them with an embossing folder and show you how elegant they can be. Take a look at my project:

Paper Flowers for I do day

I start creating the base of my card with Cherry Cobbler cardstock. Then I embossed a very vanilla piece of cardstock to use as a second layer. I used a retired embossing folder from Stampin Up, which I continue using because it is one of my favorites for weddings and this exclusive design makes my projects very special.

On a free space of the very vanilla layer, I stamped a sentiment using Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink, the same color of ink of the card base. Also, I added a tiny rhinestone on the image to embellish it. I added a loop of satin ribbon vanilla on the left side and then pasted the embossed layer over the card base using snail adhesive.

I tied a little bow using seam bidden cherry cobbler ribbon and pasted it over the satin ribbon to create a contrast with the Secret Garden Flowers.

On this card I used the Mulberry Paper Lili Flowers on blue around the two Tuscany Roses in ocean green and one red Wild Rose, I also used one Ivory English Roses . All these flowers were added to my card using Glue Dots.

You can buy these paper flowers and all the flowers available on Secret Garden Store  and take advantage of the fabulous promotion of FREE SHIPPING for orders of $20 dollars or more.
