PLANNER TO CREATE AND DECORATE

Hello dear friends, Martha Lucia here to share with you my most recent project: a Planner to create and decorate. I made this planner from scratch. I got a digital file with the structure and I created it page by page. For the covers and some page dividers I used decorated papers from the collections Earth Wind Fire and Urban Oasis and Sentiments Quotes. Take a look at my planner:

This is the cover. I made this using Earth Wind Fire 107, I love the design of doodles in different colors that this has and I continued with this idea. I cut one quote from the Sentiments Quote Cards using a cross stitched circle. I inked the circle using Lemon Sorbet PowderPuff Chalk Ink, Buttercup PowderPuff Chalk Ink and Sky Blue PowderPuff Chalk Ink with a blending tool and I pasted it over the paper before laminating the cover. I love to use the Quote Cards because the size of these is perfect for Pocket Page Protectors and now for my planner.

The digital file of the planner that I used is available to create a 18 months planner. I made mine from July 2016 until December 2017 and I included special pages to separate these two years and some sections. I made these pages using Urban Oasis 103, Urban Oasis 100, Urban Oasis 104 and Earth Wind Fire 106

For the 2016 page I used Urban Oasis 104 and decorated the front of this with another quote that I took from the Sentiments Quote Cards and inked with the same colors of PowderPuff Chalk Ink. I cut a frame for the quote using the blue side of Urban Oasis 100 and a decorated frame die cut frame. I added a Detailed Dragonfly die cut that I cut using the striped side of the same paper. Both die cuts that I used for this page are from Gina Marie Designs.

For the other side of this separator page, I stenciled a big flower using  a Wild Daisy Stencil from Rebecca Baer Inc. with Dessert Sun PowderPuff Chalk Ink for the first layer and Sunset PowderPuff Chalk Ink for the second layer of the stencil. I complemented the page with a sentiment that I stamped form the stamp set Workship Him from Joy Clair stamped with Midnight Confessions PowderPuff Chalk Ink.

I am planning to work in my planner every day/week but since I think that this is very related to emotions I won’t decorate the year 2017 and my goal page for 2018 because I feel that I need more time to think about this. But you can see how it looks with these pages. For the back cover I used Earth Wind Fire 106
