PS. I LOVE YOU Y AQUI TE LO DIGO

PS. I Love You y aqui te lo digo mostrandote dos sellos maravillosos, que salieron al mercado este mes en So Suzy Stamps y que me han parecido perfectos para este mes del Amor, Chatter y PS I love you.

Chatter, la imagen de fondo o background con un teléfono al estilo antiguo, me recordó perfectamente la casa de mi abuela que fue el primer lugar donde vi los aparatos de este estilo. Yo decidi estamparla sobre cartulina Whisper White con Versamark y Polvo de Embossing Cherry Cobbler. Y la segunda imagen PS. I love You, es el texto que simplifica todo lo que quiero decir ahora por teléfono!

Primero hice el embossing y luego empece a ensamblar cada una de las capas de mi tarjeta. La base es de color Basic Gray, tiene una segunda capa Basic Black con un decorado en silueta en su parte superior realizado con el Die Swirl Vine de Darice.

Para que todas las capas me quedaran perfectamente alineadas use mi Get-It-Straight Laser Square de KellyCraft,  la herramienta que me permite trabajar mas fácil y rápido cuando tengo que alinear piezas o capas y que además puede ser utilizada en otras actividades del hogar. Muchas veces se las he mostrado y ustedes saben cuanto me gusta.

Cuando ya tenia pegada la capa negra sobre la gris, solo debia alinear la capa Whisper White en la que estampé mi imagen de fondo. Esa capa la pegué usando dimensionales para darle una mayor altura y proyección.

Luego usando mi bigshot corte en una pieza de vellum un Bubble Word o globo para estampar sobre él la segunda imagen que tiene un mensaje muy sugestivo y apropiado para muchas ocaciones. Se trata de PS. I Love You, que tiene un tipo de letra muy llamativo y que tambien es una imagen de la nueva colección disponible en la tienda de So Suzy Stamps.

Este mensaje lo pegué con un pequeño punto de silicona o glue dot sobre mi tarjeta y para esconder un poco el adhesivo, pegué sobre el mensaje un brillante negro.

Finalmente, para decorar la parte superior de la tarjeta hice una pequeña decoración con ponches de circulo y corazón y un lazo doble de bakers twine. Elementos también alineados con mi Get-It-Straight Laser Square de KellyCraft.

Aqui pueden ver el resultado, todo esta perfectamente alineado y del color que yo queria.

Esta es una tarjeta muy sencilla y es asi porque quiero que ustedes se animen a participar en nuestro Challenge del mes de Febrero que tiene el tema del Amor. Las esperamos!

So Suzy Stamps has a new release. For today’s post I decided to use two of them, Chatter and PS I love you.

I made my card using Chatter as background. I stamped it in Versamark and covered it with Cherry Cobbler Embossing Powder over Whisper Withe Card Stock. The sentiment was PS I love you, one stamp that I really love because this has a great size and font for many uses.

As always to align perfectly my cards I used the Get-It-Straight Laser Square from KellyCraft and I decorated the card with a few elements like red and white bakers twine, black rhinestones and a little die cut on the top of one of the layers.

The Chatter stamp is one image that you use with a lot of techniques, not just embossing. It bring this vintage look that is trending now but is also romantic and funny at the same time. The words around the phone are the common words for conversations and you can edit them to stamp each alone if you want.
