Hello crafty friends, today I have wonderful news to share with you: I am part of the Secret Garden Design Team. I am someone who likes challenges and as soon I saw the Secret Garden Store, I knew I wanted to work and play with paper flowers. Today I am here, sharing with you my first project on this Design Team and group of friends, because I am so proud to share with some of the talented partners of one of my previous teams, Creative Color Challenge.

Secret Garden Tag
Our first week with Secret Garden Crafts is creating tags and I made mine using a combination of colors and flowers. Take a look at my project:

Secret Garden Tag

Making this was really simple:

  1. Cut the tag on cardstock and then cover the entire piece using decorated paper. I used a piece of Vintage Varsity from 7Gypsies.
  2. Cut a doily using Gold Rinea Foild.
  3. Cut a border leaves using green cardstock
  4. Paste all the die cut pieces using dimensionals of different highs.

Take one of each color of Mixed Pink Mulberry Paper Cottage Roses. I love this collection of flowers because they come in package of 20 and the colors are combined. You can find them in Peach/Orange, Red, Earth Tones, Blues and Purple/Lilac.  Also, take three Gypsophilas on 2 Tone Lilac Mulberry Paper and two Mixed Cream/White Mulberry Paper Lily Flowers. Arrange all the flowers and paste over the die cuts using glue dots or any other type of liquid glue.  As a final touch, I added a die cut sentiment.

Now I have more good news for you!!! During August you can buy these and all the flowers available on Secret Garden Store using my discount code ML10A. This code will give you 10% off in your entire order and I am sure that you will love everything you will see!
