Something Red Hero Arts Challenge! Oh My God February is a very  peculiar month for design teams, but love is definitely in the air and that’s what’s important. I love to celebrate Valentine twice a year because as an American I celebrate Valentine’s Day in February and as a Colombian, I celebrate it again in September, so let the fun begin. Take a look at my card created with the set Love is by Lia from Hero Arts:

SOMETHING RED HERO ARTS CHALLENGE

To make this card I used crumb cake card stock for the base and a left over piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock. Then I used two different pieces of decorated paper, one rectangle and one circle and I positioned them to create a perfect composition for my sentiment.

I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set Love is by Lia using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then I cut with a Circle Stitched die cut and pasted with dimensionals over the composition of layers. As final touch I added a medium heart on the center of the big circle.

The challenge this month on a2z Scrapbooking Supplies requires the use of something red in our creation. Red is the color of love, so I decided to use an intense red to make my card more suggestive.
