I am sharing with you Stained Glass, a new stamp set for our collection Color by Faith. I used this to decorate two pages of my bible journal, making them very clear and simple.
  1. For the right page I colored the base of the page in Yellow using Stampin’Pastels and masking a circle on the center of the page.
  2. Then I stamped only one of the flowers that are included on the Stained Glass stamp set using Mossy Meadow Classic Ink.
  3. With a blender pen I colored the center of the flowers with a Watermelon Wonder color of ink and the petals with Cucumber Crush, then I painted the outside petals with Mint Macaron.
  4. On the white circle I stamped the combination of two sentiments using  Blackberry Bliss Classic Ink.

For the left side page, I decided to use only one of the big banners that are included on the Stained Glass set.
  1. I took a piece of very vanilla card stock and stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.
  2. I painted all the little spaces of this in green tones using copic markers and the cross with color pencils to create on it a rustic texture.
  3. Also to create a big contracts of colors I painted the second cross with a dark blue.
  4. Then I pasted this banner over the blank column of my bible and I stamped one of the messages of the April 2016 Bible Planner using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. My idea is to keep track of my prayer sentiments in this space.
