Stamping on burlap bags. This can be a great package for your love. Traditionally burlap is a hard material but with a few and delicate touches of color you can create the most delicate piece of rustic art. Let  me show you how you can make this in less than 30 minutes!

STAMPING ON BURLAP BAGS

  1. Prepare you burlap bag. Cut a piece of card board to put inside of the bag to avoid the ink passing through the two layers.

  2. Select the colors of Memento Luxe that you want to use in your stamping process and your stamps. In my sample I started with Elderberry and Lilac Posies.

3. Create your composition of images using different colors of Memento Luxe. I also used Pear Tart, Pistachio, Olive Grove and Sweet Plum.   Fix the ink with the heat tool.

4. To finalize the decoration, I created a tag using one of the same images that I stamped on the burlap bag. Now I stamped this using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and Kaleidacolor Tomato Vine.

I love how the bag turned and how I changed the plain look for something more sophisticated.
