Adornit Kits Fall Decoration
Hello everyone, today I have something different to you and to me. Normally I made cards but during the last days I have been working in some Adornit Kits Fall Decoration that are fantastic for this season.
The first project that I want to share today is this Fall Pick Up Truck Kit. Each kit comes with wood elements, the designer papers and embellishments that you can use to create it with your own style. Also include the instructions to follow up if you are not familiar with the product.
To make this, I just traced the wood pieces over different design of paper and then fussy cut them with my scissors. I use this method because for my is a little difficult to cut the silhouettes with a knife. After that I pasted the paper pieces over the wood pieces with Tacky Glue or any type of glue and sponged the borders with PowderPuff Chalk Inks from Quick Quotes Scrapbook Company.
If you noticed the Words Pumpkins 4 Sale are not covered with designers papers, I just use the PowderPuff Chalk Inks and colored them on my own way.
To add a personal touch to my Fall Pick Up Truck Kit, I used some maple leaves that I cut using different colors of Rinea Foiled Paper. If you don’t noticed they are on top and behind of the box of Pumpkins.
The second project is the Fall Swang Kit. This include the decorated paper, letters, leaves, tags and ribbon to you personalize it with your own style. I decided to combine three of the designer paper included on the kit and make my letters using these.
For the leaves and tags I used different colors of PowderPuff Chalk Ink, also from Quick Quotes Scrapbook Company. If you don’t remember this brand or are a new visitor of my blog, I designed three years for this company and they have amazing Chalk Ink that you can use in many types of projects and stamping, this is only one of the multiples uses.
My last project is a funny project! You know that I don’t celebrate Halloween but I falling in love with this skeleton, specialty now that I am under a strong diet…so it is my inspirational look….LOL!
This is the Skeleton Door Hanger and you can paint it or covered with papers that came included on the kit. I decided to combine the techniques, some pieces are covered with designer papers and other are your washed with white paint. On this kit, I embellished with a tiny flowers that I made with Makin’s Clay and some red tulle that I have it in my stuff.
You can find these kits HERE in Adornit page. Also you can buy in like single kits and/or part of the Kits Collections. The options are a lot but the best part is that you will really enjoyed your time making these and decorating the corners of your house.
Thanks Adornit for let me discover this another way of make crafts!
