Animal Party Celebration

Hello there! Today is the closing day of one month of special activities in Joy Clair Stamps. It is our Animal Party Celebration featuring a stamp set that was created just for this event.

This is a very cute stamp set with fun characters / animals and great sentiments for a birthday celebration. I decided to make my card very colorful and fun.

1. Create the card base using Garden Green cardstock.
2. Cut a whisper white cardstock layer to stamp your images.
3. Coloring, embellished and enjoy!

Originally I was planning a one layer card and for that I made a “solid” area to set my animals. I used distress ink to create the floor and was very easy after mask the area. Then I stamped three of the animals included on the stamp set Animal Party and colored it with Studio 71 Alcohol Markers and on the left side top I stamped the sentiment, that is also included on the Animal Party Stamp Set.

After the coloring process, I decided to change the look and I created a fun borders with a scallop die cuts and added my special message From The Gang.

I stamped all my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, less the From the Gang that was stamped with VersaMark and white embossing powder.
