Bamboo Backdrop Die
Hi there! Is the second day of New Releases in Kat Scrappiness and today I am featuring the Bamboo Backdrop Die. You can find all the new products HERE!
To create this card I used one of my favorites faux techniques with die cuts. On this opportunity I layered three times the same die cut to create more dimension.
Also, I used three different colors of card stock to create the layering effect. Crumb Cake for the card base and Early Espresso, Petal Pink and Old Olive for the layered Bamboo Backdrop die. I just pasted all the layers a little moved to the right and let see the three colors of card stock. To embellish my card I “created the image” between the two owls included on the stamp set Owl Envelope Art from Kat Scrappiness. Then, I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. For the sentiment I used one of the message included on the same stamp set and the small Stitched Sentiment Strips die cut from Kat Scrappiness too.
