SO SUZY STAMPS NEW RELEASE BLOG HOP

Today is the big day, we are celebrating the So Suzy Stamps New Release Blog Hop and this release is simply spectacular. You know that I love flowers and butterflies and can you believe that these are part of this new collection! For today I selected one of the new butterflies to create my card. A gift box to someone special

Hello everyone, Martha Lucia is here to share with you a gift box that I decorated with one of my favorite colors of Rinea Foil paper, Emerald/Gold Glossy. I love to alter packages and have them ready to use whenever I need them. To make this I used a pre-made pillow box and created a big belt with the Emerald/Gold Glossy Foil Paper. I measured the box, duplicated the size and added one inch to have the long paper foil. I also measured the width of the box to determine the width of the belt. I also considered the width of the embossing folder...

Craft Caddy from Deflecto

Hello everyone, Martha Lucia here to share with you my new Craft Caddy from Deflecto.  I am very happy because now we can find the Stackable Caddy in another store, Target. And we can build our own version of craft caddy with all the levels that we want. Take a look at mine: I decided to use the first level to carry my  adhesives, little spray’s and enamels and the second level to store embellishments. I marked one side of the white frame of the Stackable Caddy with the name of my blog, and to create it I used vinyl of two different...

When We Were 5

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here to share with you a fun project that I made using a Serenade Collection of decorated papers and the Deflecto Craft Frame 5″x7″ or Beveled Edge Frame. It is a frame with metal knobs and green tinted edge that looks like real glass. I made a frame to remember when we were 5, and when I say we, I am talking about my husband, my daughters and I. The advantage of this frame is that you can open and put your designs inside and then close it again. I selected decorated papers to create the mats of...

My succulents with Rinea Foil

Hello everyone, Martha Lucia here to share with you my new succulents. I had an idea that has been running through my head for a long time and here it is using Emerald/Gold Glossy Foil Paper and a cube from FloraCraft: To make this I used a 3″x3″ cube from Floracraft. With a plastic knife I cut the lateral borders to change the form a little and then I painted with a sponge using Iridiscent Shimmer Paint Gold from Earth Safe Finishes. While the paint dried, I cut the flowers using die cuts from different sizes and models. I used a...
