LITTLE SWEETS FOR MOTHER’S DAY

Hello dear friends, Martha Lucia here to share with you a little sweets that I made for Mother’s Day using the wonderful papers of Quick Quotes Scrapbook company and a new bag die cut. Take a look at these cuties: You know I love bags and these are perfect for little treats, chocolates and small jewelry pieces. To create each bag I used two pieces of 4.5″x 4.5″paper and my big shot. I selected papers from different collections to have a great variety of colors. To be honest I love all the Quick Quotes colors but if I used...

SHADOW STAMPING CARD

Layering stamps are very popular but you don’t always have to use them in the same way. You can use these to create different looks and today I am sharing one of this possibilities, the shadow stamping with different inks. Using  VersaMark ink, stamp the outline image over a piece of card stock randomly. Cover the stamped images with Gold Embossing Powder, remove the excess and melt the powder with the heat tool. Then using StazOn Azure, stamp one of the corresponding layers over the embossed images . I chose the Azure color because...

Hello crafty friends. April is almost over and I want to finish my creative month using another color layering stamp, the Color Layering Butterflies by Hero Arts. This is a very unique set of stamps that you can use for all occasions. Let me show you my card: I love to create CAS (or Clear and Simple cards) and with the Color Layering stamps this is a real passion because you can use a lot of color combos and different layers to create different types of combinations on your images. BLUE VERTIGO CARD

Colors and materials going together. In today’s project I gave color to vertigo sheets to created a very unique texture and look. You don’t need a lot of materials to make this, only StazOn Ink, GlazOn and the star of the project, the vertigo sheet. Welcome to another inspirational idea with Imagine! Directions: Take a piece of vertigo sheet . These sheets come in different designs. For my project I used the Taffeta design. Apply the Blue Hawaii StazOn using a Ink Blusher sponge. Then apply a thin layer of GlazOn to fix the color...

HELLO TEXTURED LOVE

Hello friends!!! Love not always is easy, but this card is really easy and fun to make. I just added some texture to the negative part of a die cut heart and draw with glue over it, the rest is just play with my memento inks and fireworks. Let me show how I made this: This is the simple process: Cut a medium hear die cut using watercolor paper. You can use any form of die cut if you want. Take the negative part of your die cut and draw on it with a liquid glue. Let the glue dry for almost 8 hours. With a sponge apply the ink on the free areas...

ENVELOPE PACKAGES

I love to create packages and I can’t resist this opportunity to use the Beach House collection from the DCWV papers! These are envelopes packages to store gift cards or money, perfect for the season, don’t you think? But let me share how I made these: To create this you only use a 6″x6″ piece of decorated paper. I used three different designs in my samples .  Score 1-5/8″ from the sides , 1/2″ from the bottom and 1″ from the top. Cut away the four corners creating  a small wedge from the sides of the...
