Blooming Hibiscus Card
Hi there, today I have a card that I made using the Blooming Hibiscus stamp set from RG Avenue and colored with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers.
This is a very different card from me. I love flowers and love coloring but this time I used intensive or darker colors to create this look. I started printing the digital image of the Blooming Hibiscus onto whisper white card stock and colored the top flowers with the purple line of Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers.
After the flowers were painted, I traced the strips with a pencil and colored them using a dark gray IG10 Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and decorated with some clear sequins. But let me confess something, the next day when I saw the finished card I feel that it was not mine and I decided to print another small flower from the Blooming Hibiscus stamp set and colored it with my typical light colors. And guess what? I love the contrast and I love how versatile can be the digital images from RG Avenue and my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers.
The sentiment is part of the stamp set Make Magic from RG Avenue that I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.
