Christmas Cards with Dimension
Hello crafty friends! Today I have two Christmas cards with Dimension. These are featuring the new Susan’s Holiday Flora Collection by Spellbinders. Let’s start with my CAS designs:
This is a real simple card. Easy to make and full of special details. To make it, I used the Garden Lantern Etched Dies and the Winter Bough and Evergreen Shrubs Etched Dies, both products from Susan’s Holiday Flora Collection by Spellbinders.
On this opportunity, I used colored card stock and just added some ink and pastels to the different pieces to get more shades. Honestly, the details of these dies are very realistic and you will be fascinated when start working with them.
The Garden Lantern Etched Dies includes the candle and the tiny pieces that adorn the lantern. Additionally the leaves of the Winter Bough and Evergreen Shrubs Etched Dies are full detailed and shapped.
For the sentiment, I used one of the sentiments included on the Friendly Snowmen Clear Stamp from the Be Merry Collection.
REAL PINECONES!!!
My second card is featuring the Pine Cone and Evergreen Bough with Ladybugs Etched Dies from Susan’s Holiday Flora Collection by Spellbinders. In addition, I created a sentiment combining dies from other collection. The Christmas Sentiment Etched Dies from the Tis The Season Collection.
Maybe you are imaging that create this type of cards with these dies is too complicated. My honest opinion is NO. These cards requires time because you need to work with small pieces and assemble all the pieces. But, following the instructions is really simple and fun.
