Color Block Background Collection by Spellbinders
Hello there! Today I have a new collection from Spellbinders to share with you. It’s the turn for the Color Block Background Collection by Spellbinders. As you see, the new dies are simply fabulous!!!
My first card features the Color Block Southwest Etched Dies from the Color Block Background Collection. This is perfect for A2 cards. The size is 4.25″x 5.50″ and you can mix and match colors with it.
On this opportunity I opted for a single family color and alternated the colors to add more dimension. Like the card base is White Smooth Cardstock, I used a sentiment from the Adoring Fleurette Card Builder Etched Dies from the Classically Collection by Spellbinders. In addition, I added some white sequins.
COLOR BLOCK SLIMLINE EDGES
My second card features the Color Block Slimline Edges Etched Dies from Color Block Background Collection by Spellbinders. This set includes two different dies that will make your backgrounds amazing!
To make my card, I used the zig zag etched die. This two piece etched die set is part of the Color Block Background Collection from Spellbinders. This set includes two slimline edges, one scalloped and one zig zag. These edges will fit many different card sizes from slimline to A2 or standard size cards.
I combined the position of the zig zag etched die and used white smoot cardstock. To complete my design, I used images from the clear stamp set Party Animal from Joy Clair Designs. In addition, I colored the images with TriBlend Markers from Spectrum Noir.
