COLORING WITH INK POTION 9
I am celebrating the dog month along with the design team and today I am sharing a cute Puppy Love that I colored with a paint brush using Ink Potion 9 and Kaleidacolor Ink. This is one of the most versatile inks that you will find and use in your projects to obtain great results!
- Cut the base of the card using Very Vanilla card stock. The size is 4-1/4″x11″ with score in 5-1/2″. Take a stamp and ink it with VersaFine Onix to create a border. Cover with Clear Embossing Powder and melt with the heat tool.
- Using Kaleidacolor Fresh Greens inked a stamp set with background or ink splatter design. Don’t rub your stamp over the ink, just touch the stamp over the ink pad and mix the colors.
- Stamp the image directly over the card base.
- Take another piece of very vanilla card stock and stamp your favorite dog image using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I am using the stamp set Puppy Love from Joy Clair.
- Star to paint the dog image applying the color form the Kaleidacolor Tomato Vine with a paint brush and a few drops of Ink Potion 9. Mix the colors and create your own coloring effects. At the end cut the image with the scissors.
- Stamp additional images over the card base using Versafine Onix and Clear Embossing Powder.
- Paste your colored image and sentiment over the decorated card base using dimensionals or zapdots.
