Easy and Different Patriotic Card
Hi there, I just pop up to share an easy and different patriotic card. This card is featuring the Funny Times Digital Stamp set from Joy Clair Designs and the ColourBlend pencils from Spectrum Noir.
It’s a mini slimline size card. The size of the card base is 6-1/4″ by 3-1/4. The second layer is 6″ by 3″. First. I splattered the Kraft layer with watercolor ink white, red and blue. Then, I stamped the Celebrate sentiment on the lower part with VersaFine Pigment Ink Onix.
The Celebrate sentiment is part of the clear stamp set Let’s Celebrate. It works perfectly for many occasions. Continue with the process, I printed hot air balloon included on the digital stamp Funny Times onto Kraft Card stock and colored the image with ColourBlend Pencils from Spectrum Noir. Additionally, I splattered the free areas with the same colors that I splattered the background.
With scissors, I fussy cut the hot air balloon and pasted over the decorated card with crafty foam tape. As final touch I just added some tiny clay stars in patriotic colors to complete the look of this easy and different patriotic card.
