Directions:

  1. Cut a layer of Spectrum Noir Premium Watercolor Paper of 5-1/2” x4-1/4” and select the colors of Harmony Ink that you want to use for the background. The colors of Harmony Ink used on these background are down to up: Spring Meadow, Grasshoper, Ocean Blue, Oasis and Baby Blue.Faux Watercolor with Spectrum Noir Inks

2. After apply the ink, splatter the entire surface with a few drops of water. The Harmony Ink is a water-reactive ink that create a great watercolor effect.

3. Let the paper dry naturally or speed the process using a heat tool. Stamp the images that you want to use using Finesse Alcohol Proof Dye Ink Noir Black if you want to color the images with alcohol markers or Finesse Water Proof Dye Noir Black.
On this sample, some of the images were colored with True Black Illustrator Marker to add a big contrast.
