Flower Girl Inspiration

Hello crafty friends, today I have great news to share with you. Now, I am part of the Design Team of Rita Barakat! And guess what?… I am so happy because it is a new challenge to my creative live and I am doing what I love!

Today, I have a Flower Girl card that I made using one of The Veil of the Fairies Collection, a great set of five fairies images available in Rita Barakat Etsy Store. You can see all her fabulous products created from her original mixed media art projects HERE in the Etsy shop and will find more inspiration on her blog.

To create this card, I used basic black card stock for the card base and whisper white to create the second layer. I cut this layer with the Watercolor Strips Cover Die and pasted it over the base using double sided foam tape.

I added the flower girl image from The Veil of the Fairies collection over the decorated card base with double sided foam tape and pasted some pastel sequins from the Chicken or the Egg? Collection. And finalized my card with a sticker sentiment.

As you can noticed the products from Rita Barakat are ready to use and plenty of details. This flower girl image from The Veil of the Fairies collection has a watercolor finish with some touches of shimmer and the perfect color combination.  They are expressive and keep the “angel” at the same time.

I hope you like my Flower Girl Inspiration card and I take a look to the fabulous Rita Barakat collection. She is always adding new art in her store and you will love all that you see!
