Free and New Goodies from So Suzy Stamps

Hello there! Just popping in to share a project featuring a few Free and New goodies from So Suzy Stamps. Today is my day to share mi creation and I made this card.

For the background I used whisper white cardstock, Creative Medium Pink and a stencil or mask . I placed only the half of the stencil over the card stock and covered the free spaces with Creative Medium Pink. On the photo you don’t noticed the color of the medium, maybe for the light but it is absolutely gorgeous. I let the paper dry and then stamped the Thinking of You sentiment using Memento ink in Lilac Posies color.

I stamped three Lilly flowers using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and my Misti. The Lilly is the stamp free of the month on So Suzy Store and it was created by one of my teammates, Teresa Dewitt Pierce. I colored the flowers with Prismacolor Premier Color Pencils and fussy cut with my scissors to paste them over the right upper side with dimensionals or double sided foam tape.

I selected Wisteria Wonder cardstock to create the cardbase and continue with the same line of colors. This is a regular size card, 11″x4-1/4″ with score in 5-1/2″.

This lilly flower is totally amazing and you can get it just adding the free stamp of the month to your So Suzy Stamps order. After May, this stamp will be sell as regular product.

I hope my project inspired you to try different textures with your stamps on your creations. I love inks and they are the best but sometimes just adding a few elements on your card additional to the inks you get something very special.
