I made a card using the Paper Tattoos stamp set. This is a great set with 4 different images and a complete alphabet. You can use the alphabet to create your own sentiments and words.

Let me share how you can get the look of this one layer card:

1. Cut the base of your card.
2. Mask the areas to create the color strips
3. With a blender brush apply the color of ink that you want to use for the background. On this sample the color is Ocean Blue Harmony Water Reactive Ink from Spectrum Noir.
4. Stamp the image from the Paper Tattoos stamp set. I am using the Anchor.
5. Color the image with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir and cut it with the SVG file included on the stamp set or with scissors.
6. Stamp the letters to create the words over your colored images. You can use Versafine Onix Ink.
7. Paste the Anchor with Crafty Foam Tape or Double Sided Foam Tape
8. Finalize the project adding some flat sequins. To paste the sequins you can use Dual Tip Glue Pen.
