Garden Shutters Collection from Spellbinders
Hello crafty friends! I’m super excited to be back to share two projects using the new Garden Shutters Collection from Spellbinders. One with the fun interactive card base and beautiful butterflies and one with the pretty florals, all included on this collection.
My first card is featuring the Butterfly Bliss Garden Shutters 5×7″ Card Base Etched Dies designed by Becca Feeken.
This set of 19 thin metal dies creates an interactive 5 x 7-inch card base that open three shutter windows at the same time to reveal another design. Other elements in the set will embellish the card, including sentiments.
To make this type of card, you need to cut 3 panels of 5×7″. I die cut two of them onto designer paper and one onto card stock. Honestly, make this interactive card is too simple. You only need to follow the instructions included on the package and your card is complete.
The Butterfly Bliss Garden Shutters 5×7″ Card Base Etched Dies includes the sentiments and the beautiful butterflies. Also, the laced background to decorate the different panels of the card.
FLORAL CARD
I love flowers and these included on the Primrose Heart Façade Etched Dies from Garden Shutters Collection by Spellbinders are gorgeous. These are designed by Becca Feeken and can be used for any type of project.
I die cut the second layer of this card with one of the new dies included on the A2 Filigree Marquis Classically Collection. OMG, you will love this collection too, because it is full of details like all the created by Becca Feeken.
I die cut the flowers onto different colors of card stock. Additionally, I pasted them in between with crafty foam tape to add more dimension. Then, to finalize the card, I used some of the words also included on the same Primrose Heart Façade Etched Dies from Garden Shutters Collection by Spellbinders.
