Happy New Year Card – Secret Garden
The challenge of this week on the Play Creative Challenge Group in Facebook invites us to use these fabulous Secret Garden paper flowers in an anything goes project and I decided to make a happy new year’s card because this will be my last card of the year on this group.
I created the base of my card with Basic Black cardstock and the second layer with Cherry Cobbler cardstock. Then I embossed a Whisper White piece of cardstock to use as third layer. With the same colors I made a belt to decorate the lower part of the card where I stamped and flourished using Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink.
Over the belt I pasted green leaves that I cut using a DieNamites die cut and over it I arranged all my paper flowers. On this project I used three Tuscany Roses in ocean green combined with two 2-Tone Mulberry paper leaves of 35 mm.
You can buy these paper flowers and all the flowers available on Secret Garden Store and take advantage of the fabulous promotion of FREE SHIPPING for orders of $20 dollars or more. I am sure you will love all that you find in their store.
