I love cupcakes
Hi everyone! Today I have to be honest with you. I love cupcakes but during the last three months I have been in a very strong diet and I am dreaming with a cupcake or chocolate. The good news is that the diet is working, slowly but working. The good thing is that at least I can enjoy stamping and painting cup cakes.
The base of my card is basic black cardstock and I added a second layer using decorated paper. I combined two different designs, one in diagonal stripes and the other using the back side of the same pattern. It comes in a single color and I just embossed with the Tufted 3D Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
In a whisper white cardstock I stamped two cupcakes editing the top of them, I used the Cupcake with Strawberry stamp from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps and colored with Leisure Arts Premium Colored Pencils. Then I fussy cut with my scissors.
I die cut a dotted circle using another piece of whisper white cardstock. I stamped the sentiment Somebody’s Birthday on the upper part of the circle using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and before to paste all the images.
I added a white wanner under the die cut and under the cupcakes to balanced the colors. I love how turned my cupcake card!
