International Women’s Day Celebration
Hello crafty friends, welcome to the International Women’s Day Celebration. This hope is to celebrate and encourage the woman that work each day to keep the balance in their life.
My bellow project features Joy Clair Designs Stamps and Die Cuts. I used the Deco Flower Cover Plate to create the background. I pasted it over a Melon Mambo card base using crafty foam tape and let it a side for a while.
In a separate piece of White Smooth Card Stock, I printed one of the flowers included on the Floral Friendship Digital Stamp. I colored it with TriBlend Markers and Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir. Additionally, fussy cut it with scissors. The colors of TriBlend Markers that I used were Pale Pink Shades PP4, PP5 and PP6 with a few touches of Dark Magenta Blend MG3 and a Muted Brown Blend MB2. The Illustrator Markers used on the leaves were CG1, CG2 and CG3.
Experiment
To stamp the sentiment I create a different piece white card stock. First, I inked a Mini Water Media Mat with TriColour Aqua Markers from Spectrum Noir. I used Rose Red, Tan, Burgundy and Jasmine colors. Second, I quickly sprayed the mat with water, Then, I smooched the paper over the mat. Finally, I let the paper dry naturally.
When the paper was totally dry, I die cut it with one of the Nested Labels Dies and stamped one of the sentiments included on the Clear Stamp Band Together with VersaFine Onix. To finalize the card, I arranged all the pieces with crafty foam tape over de decorated card base.
