Mandala Love Stamped Cards
Hi there! Today I want to show you the Mandala Love stamped cards in 4 different ways. This set from Joy Clair Designs includes 3 mandala designs and 4 sentiments. I just want to show you how to create different looks.
One of the advantage that digital images offer is that you can easily resize them and place in the position that you want. Plus, for me coloring is relaxing and therapeutic. Maybe it was the reason because I pick soft colors from my collection of Illustrator Markers to colored this design.
As final touch, I just add a black mat to the colored layer and die cut a sentiment with a stitched sentiment strip die. In addition, two fabulous enamel dots that will be available this week at Joy Clair Designs Store.
On the above card, I used only one image from the set Mandala Love in small size. The size that I selected let me color only a few areas of the mandala. Then, I colored all mine with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir.
TWO MORE MANDALA LOVE STAMPED CARDS:
I just create the lay out placing three Mandalas in a row and die cut the center of the layer with the Connected Thank You Word to make the inlaid technique. Easy and simple!
This card is using my favorite mandala design with a different or better, not traditional combination of colors.
Additionally, to add a little more texture, I splattered the top layer with shimmer.
To the last card, I use the same mandala that I used to make the background but this time in large size. First, I colored it with Sparkle Glitter Pens and splattered with Dazzling Pat Luster from RG Avenue.
Then, to cut the sentiment and mat, I used the Stitched Sentiment Strip Dies. In addition, I layered the card with the same colors to create a great contrast.
