Mini Slimline Card with Joy Clair Designs
Welcome friends! Today I have a mini slimline card with Joy Clair Designs. I am featuring the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies and the You Are Loved Digital Stamps.
First, I resized and printed onto white smooth cardstock the flowers included on the You Are Loved digital Stamps. You know that I love to work with digital stamps. Because, I can resize them and adapt to my ideas for the cards. Additionally, I can work with several digital stamps at the same time. And if this is not enough, combine them easily with clear stamps or die cuts.
Then, I created the card base using white smooth cardstock. Normally, the size of my mini slimline cards are 6-1/2 x 3-1/2 closed. Using this size let me enhance the beautiful Mini Slimline Dies available at Joy Clair Designs HERE.
CARD DETAILS
I continue the process cutting the black layer. For it, I used the large size of the the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies. I pasted it with crafty foam strips over the white smooth card base. And, to optimize my scraps of cardstock, I also die cut in black, the solid part or shadow of my die cut sentiment.
With a piece of designer paper, I created a rectangle layer for the background of the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies. I loved how it turned out!!!
Then, I colored the flowers from the You Are Loved Digital Stamps with TriBlend Markers from Spectrum Noir. Fussy cut them with scissors and added the word to complete the sentiment.
To assemble the different pieces of the card, I used 3D Square Foam from Scrapbook Adhesives available HERE at Joy Clair Designs Store.
Voila, my Floral Mini Slimline Card is ready!
