New Release of Stamps!!!
Hello crafty friends, today I want to share the new release of stamps from Crackerbox. This is full of beautiful flowers, great sentiments and of course, snarky messages!
We are fascinated with all the stamps but I would love to make a special mention about the flowers. These were designer but the former design team member Oleksandr Azarov. He lives in Ukrane and he had to leave his house with a minimum of things in the morning to the sound of an explosion.
He live in a small apartment with five, four cats and two parrots. He didn’t have tanything from his scrapbook, onle a notebook and a pencil. He drew the flowers in our new stamp release with that notebook and pencil.
To help support Alex, Crackerbox is giving him all the profits from those flowers are are sold in the month of April.
My Cards:
Today, I am featuring the Magnolia Stellata in two different cards. First, I stamped a piece of white smooth cardstock with VersaFine Onix Ink. I tried to leave some white on the center to can die cut a heart.
Then, I created the card base using Tangerine Tango cardstock. I die cut the heart onto the decorated layer and pasted it over the card base using crafty foam tape. Additionally, I stamped the sentiment Can’t Thank You Enough on the middle of the window heart and decorated with some white clay dots.
To make my second card, I used the heart that I die cut from the white smooth piece. I just colored the white part around of the flowers with a red alcohol markers.
As final touch, I pasted the colored heart with crafty foam tape over a white smooth card base. Then, I stamped the sentiment Just Wanted Thanks with Versafine Onix Ink on the lower part of the heart. And voila, after add a black bow created with black twine my second card was ready.
Thanks for stopping by and remember that since today, Crackerbox is having a fabulous promotion for a special cause. Alex and Ukraine need us! You can see all the Mother’s Day Stamps HERE and the new release HERE.
