OSCAR CUT-OUTS BY LIA FROM HERO ARTS
Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here to share with you a very cute card that I made using the Oscar Cut-Outs By Lia stamp set. This is not a Christmas set but I decided to use it during this season because I can’t wait to show you how I can combine it with some details from other stamp sets. Take a look at my card:
The base of my card is Real Red card stock and the stamped layer is Very Vanilla. The first thing I did was stamp the bear randomly over the very vanilla layer using Hero Arts Cup O’Joe Mid-tone Shadow Ink , then I dressed each bear with different colored vests. I used Hero Arts Red Royal Shadow Ink and Hero Arts Lime Green. I also used the Bear Hugs sentiment included on the same stamp set to fill some of the spaces.
To add a Christmas touch to my card I used the holly leaves included on the stamp set Coffee Cup Tags from Hero Arts. I stamped them with Hero Arts Forever Green Shadow Ink and complemented the design with a sentiment from Happy Holly Days stamp set that I die cut using a rectangle stitched frame.
