SENDING YOU PRAYERS
Hello dear friends, I am sending you prayers with this card. I made this using the papers included on August Club Q and I added some details from other collections. Take a look at my card:
Creating this was very easy:
- Cut the base of the card using a piece of Urban Oasis 104. The size is 4-1/4″x11″ with score in 5-1/2″
- Ink the borders of the base using Light Moss PowderPuff Chalk Ink.
- Cut a second layer on the dot side of the Urban Oasis 104 using a framelit with a decorated border. I used the large size from the Wonky Stitches 4 Layers from Gina Marie.
- Ink the borders of this layer using Desert Sun PowderPuff Chalk Ink and Sunset PowderPuff Chalk Ink.
- Cut the Rose Not 3 pieces die cuts in different papers. I used Anchors Aweigh 107 for the large Rose Not, Whistlin Dixie 108 for the medium size and Whistlin Dixie 104 for the small.
- Before pasting the Rose Nots over the layer, ink the place where you want to paste them with a sponge. I used the colors of PowderPuff Chalk Ink Fuchsia for the small, Sunset for the medium and Hydrangea for the large.
- Cut the word Prayers using Anchors Aweigh 107 and Whistlin Dixie 104.
- Stamp the message Sending you using Midnight Confession PowderPuff Chalk Ink in a piece of card stock.
- Tie two loops of red and white bakers twine.
- Assemble all the pieces and paste the decorated layer over the card base.
