Skipping Stones Design Team Blog Hop
Skipping Stones Design Team come back after a little break and today we start the new season with a blog hop! We are welcoming new design team members and I am so happy to have many friends on this team. Today I prepared a Clear and Simple card to share with you. This is one of these cards that I love to make, let me show you first and then explain why:
STEP BY STEP
I started working on this card by stamping one by one the images of the stamp set Dandelion Dreams in different tones of Kaleidacolor Ink Desert Heat Collection just over a masking line that I created with post it tape over a whisper white piece of card stock. When I was satisfied with the stamped images, I sponged the base area with So Safron Classic Ink and removed the masking post it tape.
I resized the whisper white layer using a decorated frame die cut. I used the large Wonky Stitched Nesting Die from Gina Marie Designs and finalized the panel by stamping one of the sentiments from the stamp set Dandelion Dreams with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink under the masked area.
To end the card, I just pasted the decorated layer over a piece of Peekaboo Peach card stock with a double sided tape.

This is such a classy card! I love how complex it looks but how it’s actually fairly easy to do. This would be a great make-and-take card. Thanks for the ideas! (And now I have to dig up my Kaleidacolor pads!)
