Slimline Floral Card
Hi there, today I have a slimline floral card featuring the Floral Joy Digital Stamps with the Stitched Circle Plate Background Slimline Die from Joy Clair Designs.
The Floral Joy is a digital collection of flowers and sentiments that are wonderful to coloring and combine. This time I decided to keep mine in monochromatic tones each branch to have a better relation with the sentiment. I printed all onto white smooth card stock and colored with TriBlend Markers: Ice Grey Shades, Ice Grey Blend, Brown Grey Blend, Brown Grey Shades, Dark Red Blend, Dark Red Shades, Jade Green Shades and Earth Brown Shades.
For the card base, I pick basic grey card stock. Then I die cut the Stitched Circle Plate Background Slimline Die using the same color of card stock and pasted over the base with crafty foam tape to give more dimension. Additionally, I arranged the sentiment on the center and the flower branches around it.
As final touch, I added some metallic red dots in different sizes to create a bigger contrast.
