Susan’s Spring Flora Collection – Sweep Pea Etched Dies
Hi there, I just pop up to share another card created with the Susan’s Spring Flora Collection. This time I am featuring the Sweep Pea Etched Dies. However, this post is mostly photos for you, along with colors and supplies I used.
As I told you in my previous post, the best way before to start making this type of cards is watch the videos created by Susan Tierney-Cockburn the designer of this amazing collection. She has a complete series of videos where in a simple way show you how easy is create the different type of her flowers. You can find the Sweep Pea Design HERE.
On this opportunity, I didn’t colored the card stock with markers or colors. I used a watercolor technique to give color to a entire piece of white smooth card stock for both sides. Then, when the paper was totally dry, I die cut all the flowers. However, for the leaves, I used green card stock and green pastels to create the shadows.
To complete the look of my card, I used one of the sentiments included on the stamp set Block Prints. Thanks for stopping by and see you soon with more inspiration!
