SO SUZY STAMPS AND THE TON STAMPS DAY 3

Welcome to the last day of So Suzy Stamps and The Ton Stamps Day 3 Blog Hop. It was a great experience sharing the products of these two amazing stamping companies. For today card I used a background stamp with foil and one of my favorite sentiments. Take a look at my card:

Creating this card was very fun:

1. Cut the base of the card using Crumb Cake card stock. The size is 4-1/4″x11″ with score in 5-1/2″.
2. Cut a Very Vanilla layer. The size is 3-3/4″x5″.
3. Stamp the Morning Glory Garden Cling Background by The Ton over the Very Vanilla card stock using WOW Embossing Pad or VersaMark.
4. Cover the stamped image with WOW Bonding Powder and melt with the heat tool.
5. Immediately cover the image with the foil keeping the color upside and press with your hands. Don’t remove the foil, just leave it for a minute. I used Fab Foil Red.
6. After a minute or two, remove the foil.
7. Create a mat using  a coordinating color. I used real red card stock. The size is 4″x5-1/4″.
8. Paste the decorated layer over the card base.
9. Stamp the sentiment Common Sense by So Suzy Stamps over a piece of Very Vanilla card stock and cut with a decorated frame. I used the stitched rectangle frame from Gina Marie Designs and paste with dimensionals over your card.
