WINDOW CARD

Hello everyone! Adding a clear panel or window with heat embossing layering is easier than we think. The results can be amazing and we can combine all the layers that we want and the colors that we have! Take a look at my card:

Adding a clear element to the card makes this totally different and extraordinary and the process is just the same as if you were using cardstock.

For my wreath I used the Wondrous Wreath stamp set, this is a layering set that can be used in many colors of ink or embossing powders.

I heat embossing the first layer of the wreath with Versamark Ink and Candy Green Embossing Powder on Whisper White cardstock and Versamark Ink and Verdigris Embossing Powder for the second layer of the wreath. The verdigris powder gave a different touch to the leaves and combine perfectly with our color challenge of the month.

I did the same embossing process on a Window Sheet or embossable acetate piece of the same size.

After cutting out the centered portion of the embossed wreath on cardstock and card base, I added the stamped acetate piece in between using Tear It! double sided tape. This forms a card with a clear panel.

The sentiment is from the Christmas Greetings Thinlits. I pasted a Whisper white layer word over a fun foam layer word using On-Point Glue to give more dimension to the word. I then stamped a complement word using Emerald Green Delicata Ink.
