Blessed Harvest Wreath Foiled Card
Hello everyone! Today I am featuring a Blessed Harvest Wreath Foiled Card that I made using Rinea Foiled Paper and the new stamp set from Joy Clair Blessed Harvest.
My passion is made cards and when I discovered the wreath builder stencils I feel that these will be with me for long time. Why? Because I love to stretch the stamps and use them out of time and with these stencils you can mix and combine your stamps in different ways.
Directions:
Using the misti and the 4″x4″ wreath builder stencil, stamp your images with different color of inks. The main idea is rotate your paper to each stencil corner without moving your stamp. On that form you will create the perfect circle for the wreath.
In a separate piece of card stock I stamped with VersaFine Clair Pinecone a sentiment and covered with clear embossing powder. Then I melted the powder with the heat tool and left the piece a side.
To create the wreath, I used 3 different images included on the stamp set Blessed Harvest. I colored the images with markers to give more dimension. And when I was satisfied with the color I continue with the process using the Metallics Foiled Paper Variety Pack.
I have to be honest. First I cut two circle die cuts but they look to big on the center of my card. So I decided to use them to cut two small circles using the Layers Circle Collection. I used two different tones of Metallics Rinea Foiled Paper. I used Gold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and Copper/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.
TIP:
Always keep your negative parts because you don’t know when the creativity inspire you and you have “something” created in advance.
Now is the time to assemble the card. I used whisper white cardstock to create the card base. then I made a second layer using Old Olive cardstock and over this piece I pasted a piece of Mocha/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper that I embossed with a striped embossing folder on my big shot.
Final Touches:
I pasted the stamped layer over the the embossed foiled piece and to finalize the card I pasted the circle layers that I cut before with the stamped circle on the center. As final touch I added some small red hearts that I cut with a punch and Ruby/Ruby Starstruck Foiled Paper.
You can also take advantage of the different sizes of foiled paper available on Rinea Shop or the single color packages to create this type of projects.
