Hello crafty friends, today I have a fun project to share with you. I made a Candy Shaped Card using a the Candy Shaped Card Set. This cutting file includes two different shaped cards and today I want to show the tootsie.

Usually I cut my digital files on my cricut explore but the advantage of The Cutting Cafe files is that you can cut it by hand or with any electronic machine. The base of my card is cardstock and for the top layer I used designed paper.

For the strips, I used the same color of cardstock that I used for the card base and  I colored them with the EB7 Spectrum Noir alcohol marker and stitched with a white gel pen. As final touch, I printed one of the circle sentiments included on the same cutting files, Candy Shaped Card over whisper white card stock, die cut it with a Never Ending Circle Die and mat with one zig zag stitched circle to let only see the zig zag corners.

Thank you for stopping by and if you want to see more inspiration with The Cutting Cafe files, here is the link of The Cutting Cafe Blog.
