Hello everyone, today I have a quick and elegant card for wedding, I called it Frost on White Card because to create the shimmer and texture I used the new sheer Shimmer Stix Dauber and embossing folder. The base of my card is Whisper White card stock and I cut a second layer using the same color of card stock.
