Happy Little Stampers April Challenge
Hello there! Today I have another card created by Happy Little Stampers April Challenge . Today I am featuring a birthday card.
The base of my card is Basic Black card stock. Then I cut a second layer using the a starburst rectangle die that I cut from Balmy Blue card stock and pasted over the card base using double sided foam tape.
With Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, I stamped a birthday sentiment on the center of the banner and finalized the card adding some Chicken or the Egg? sequins from Kat Scrappiness.
