Hello friends! I just pop up to share the Perfectly CAS Challenge of March 2022. The theme of this month is Die Cuts. I made a clear & simple card with die cuts that I love. I am featuring a sentiment from the stamp set Extraordinary from Joy Clair Designs. The die cut is from Crafters Companion. It is named xxx

The based of my card is aqua cardstock and the second layer is White Smooth Cardstock. I am using a digital sentiment so I just printed it with my ink jet printer.

To create the clean & simple design, I die cut only the second layer or white layer with the beautiful butterfly die. I pasted it directly over the card base. Then, I stamped the coordinated butterfly onto de piece that I die cut.

I colored the stamped butterfly with TriBlend Markers from Spectrum Noir and pasted it over the negative space with Dual Tip Glue Pen. You can use any liquid adhesive.

As final touch, I just opened the wings of the butterfly and voila my Clean & Simple Card with die cuts is completed!

The focus of the Perfectly CAS challenge is always that you use only 1/3 of the card. To know more about the Perfectly CAS Challenge and participate you can visit the main blog HERE.

  1. I would never have guessed that your sentiment wasn’t stamped. I am in awe of your butterfly dimension. So pretty!
