Coffee for the seasons
Hi there! Today I am up in Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Blog to feature the Coffee Drink Stamp. It was released at the beginning of this month and of course is one of the favorites for the season.
To create this card I used the masking technique. It is one of my favorites techniques that help me enhance the details of some images. I stamped several times the Coffee Drink stamp using London Fog Memento Ink and only one with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the Coffee Drinks with the TriBlend Alcohol Markers from Spectrum Noir.
After coloring the cups, I resized the layer and paste it directly over a basic black card base. In a separate piece of basic black card stock I stamped one coffee blood sentiment with VersaMark and White Embossing Powder. I pasted the sentiment over the card with double sided foam tape.
To enhance the difference and details of my Coffee Drink stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black, I made a texture with Amplify White to simulate the coffee foam.
