Colorful Butterflies

Hi there! Today I’m excited to share this project over on the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps blog featuring the gorgeous Monarch Butterfly, one of my favorites designs.

To begin I stamped several Monarch Butterflies from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto whisper white card stock. I colored the images using Alcohol Markers Spectrum Noir from Vintage, Lights and Nature Collections.

After colored the images, I mat the painted layer over Coastal Cabana card stock and then over basic black card stock. To finalize the card, I used the You’re Amazing stamp set that I cut and mat with the stitched strips sentiments dies from Kat Scrappiness.
