Easy Cards with Joy Clair

Hi there! Today I am up with two different projects that I made. These are easy cards with Joy Clair that you can made and change easily because both have simple techniques. Take a look to my first card:

To create this card I used the stamp set Teacher. This was the process:

1. Create a masked area using post it tape. In my sample I made a diagonal line with the post it tape.
2. Ink your selected area with a color of dye or distress ink that you prefer. I am using the Old Olive Classic Ink from Stampin Up. I applied the ink with blender brushes.
3. Remove your post it tape or masking tape.
4. Stamp your sentiment following the upper line created. I edited using the masking technique, one of the sentiments included on the stamp set Teacher to have it in a single line.  I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.
5. Add one strip of double sided tape above of the stamped sentiment.
6. Peal the film of the tape and cover the entire surface of the tape with foil. Just press the foil over the sticky strip and remove softly.
7. Stamp the apple from the Teacher set using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored mine with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers.
8. Fussy cut the apple with scissors and paste over the foiled strip.

My second card was made using the Acrylic Block Technique and Martha’s Flowers. This technique is a Faux Watercolor that you can realize.

The best of this technique is that you can create the shape that you want using your favorite color combinations of dye ink or pigment ink.
