Hello there, I am so excited to share with you that I am Guest Designer this month with Whimsy Stamps. For today, I prepare two cards to show you an easy crafting with Whimsy Stamps products. I am featuring the Bearing Gifts Stamp Set and the FaDoodle Frames Scalloped Rectangles Dies.

Bearing Gifts is a clear stamp set that include three cute bears, gifts and perfect sentiments for a party. My first card is a slimline card. I stamped the images onto White Smooth card stock and colored them with Illustrator markers from Spectrum Noir. Then, fussy cut it with scissors and left aside for a while.

I die cut the small size of the FaDoodle Frames Scalloped Rectangles Dies onto white smooth card stock. Additionally, with masking tape I covered the half of each scalloped rectangle and inked the free area with Clear Skies Ink from Simon Hurley.

To make the base of the card, I used White Smooth Card Stock and pasted with E-Z Runner Adhesive two different layers of  Designer Paper to mat my the adorable bears. Additionally, I just splattered the rectangles with Shimmer and pasted all the images with crafty foam tape to add more interest.

My second project was more simple. I just use the masking technique to stamp onto White Smooth Card Stock the bears included on the Bearing Gifts. In addition, I colored them with Illustrator Markers and inked the lower part of the  layer.

In a separate piece of White Smooth Card Stock, I stamped the Gift images and repeated some of the boxes to make them taller. I colored each piece with different colors of alcohol markers. Then, I pasted them over the decorated layer with crafty foam tape. The final touch, a few splatters of metallic ink and the combination of three words  as sentiment.

See you soon!
