FALLing Love with Joy Clair Stamps
Hello and Welcome to our special event FALLing Love with Joy Clair Stamps. Today the design team is presenting all the love and passion that we have for FALL season.
To make my card I decided to use the combination of two stamp sets included in our most recently release. I used the Thankful and Blessed Color by Faith Set and the Falling Leaves.
The base of my card is Elegant Eggplant and I made a second layer using the same color of card stock but to make this more special I dry embossed with the Vine Background Embossing Folder from Darice.
I stamped all the images in watercolor card stock and colored it with Real Brush Pens Watercolor Markers from Arteza. To be honest I like them but I need to practice more because I noticed that my hand is too heavy and the coloring turn too dark for my style.
I combined several stamps included on the Thankful and Blessed stamp set, and used only the lower part of the Falling Loves. I cut from the stamped watercolor layer two different sections. For the top I used the word Thanks from Simon Says and for the lower I used the XXX die cut.
To finalize the card I stamped a complement sentiment included on the Thankful and Blessed stamp set using Grape Jelly Memento Ink, one of my favorites colors for this season.
